Restock & Availability
How do I know when a sold-out item is back in stock?
Sign up for restock notifications by emailing hello@cepaperco.com with the item name, or follow @cepaperco on Instagram, Threads, or Pinterest for restock announcements.
Do you restock every color combo?
We restock regularly, but some color combos are limited runs and may not return once they sell out. If there's a combo you love, we'd rather you grab it than wait.
Can I be notified when a specific planner or notebook comes back?
Yes. Email us at hello@cepaperco.com with the product name and color combo, and we'll reach out as soon as it's back.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
We ship anywhere in the United States for a flat rate of $8.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, then arrive within 2-5 business days after they ship.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently. We ship within the U.S. only, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Will I owe any customs fees or taxes?
cé paper co. is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, tariffs, or taxes applied to an order. Any such charges, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility.
Can I change my shipping address after I've placed my order?
We're unable to accommodate changes to your name, shipping address, or billing information once an order has been placed, so please double check these details at checkout.
Order Questions
How do I know my order went through?
You'll get a confirmation email with your order number and order details as soon as you check out. Hold onto it. It's how we verify your order if anything comes up.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
No. Once an order is placed, we're unable to accommodate cancellations or changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout.
Is there an age requirement to order?
Yes. You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order with cé paper co.
Return & Exchange Policy
What's your return policy?
All sales are final. We're unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email hello@cepaperco.com with your name, order number, a description of the issue, and a screenshot of your order confirmation email, and we'll take it from there.
Can I return a notebook or planner I've already written in?
No. We're not able to process a return or replacement for any product that has already been written in.
My tracking hasn't updated in a while. Is my order lost?
Email us at hello@cepaperco.com and we'll look into it with the carrier.
Product Questions
What are cé paper co. notebooks and planners made of?
Hardcover construction, quality paper, and thoughtful layouts, designed to be simple, durable, and a pleasure to write in every day.
Is the paper good for fountain pens?
Our paper is designed for smooth, everyday writing with most pens and pencils. If you're using a fountain pen or a heavily saturated ink, we recommend testing on the first page.
What's the difference between the Daily and Weekly Année formats?
Daily gives you a dedicated page for each day; Weekly gives you a single spread to plan the whole week at a glance. Both come in the same color combos.
Are the Année color combos the same across Daily and Weekly?
Daily comes in 6 color combos and Weekly comes in 5. A few overlap, but they're not identical, so take a look at both before you choose.
What sizes do your notebooks come in?
Our notebooks are 6 × 9 inches. The Année planners are 7 × 10 inches.
